I bought the smallest size for my 6 month old and they fit perfectly. She wears a size 2 or 3/6 month in other shoes. She is 19lbs and in the 75th percentile. She doesn't quite crawl yet, so the fact that these don't have grip and are soft is perfect for our needs.
